EQUIPMENT LIST
- Free Weights (kettlebells and/or dumbbells)
- Rubber Bands and/or Resistant Bands
- Medicine Balls
- Boxes (various heights)
- Endurance Machine (ex: a rower or a bike)
- Weighted Plates and Bar (for deadlifts, etc.)
- Yoga Mat (Optional)
- Three foot + stick or some sort of light bar (thin PVC pipe, broomstick, yard stick, wood stick)
- Something to slide on with your feet (can use a rag on slick floor, a piece of paper on carpet, etc.)
