EQUIPMENT LIST


  • Free Weights (kettlebells and/or dumbbells) 
  • Rubber Bands and/or Resistant Bands
  • Medicine Balls 
  • Boxes (various heights) 
  • Endurance Machine (ex: a rower or a bike) 
  • Weighted Plates and Bar (for deadlifts, etc.) 
  • Yoga Mat (Optional) 
  • Three foot + stick or some sort of light bar (thin PVC pipe, broomstick, yard stick, wood stick)  
  • Something to slide on with your feet (can use a rag on slick floor, a piece of paper on carpet, etc.)
