WHAT IS METHOD?Method is a 12-week online / mobile accessible functional fitness program formulated specifically for a group of people interested in achieving similar goals.
While you will log in to our mobile app or website to complete your workouts individually, you will belong to a community of people around the world working hard to improve their health, movement and strength just like you. Method has been carefully crafted to bring you a convenient and strategic way to work on your fitness in the comfort of your own gym - with the resources and accessibility of a personal trainer. |
HOW DOES METHOD WORK?
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?1. The Radix Fit App (powered by TrueCoach)
2. Three workouts per week + 2 optional Endurance workouts (Apx. 30 min-1 hour per day.) 3. Exclusive access to chat with your personal strength and conditioning trainer. 4. 12-weeks (3 months) of programming that builds upon itself. 5.
