WHAT IS METHOD?
Method is a 12-week online / mobile accessible functional fitness program formulated specifically for a group of people interested in achieving similar goals.
While you will log in to our mobile app or website to complete your workouts individually, you will belong to a community of people around the world working hard to improve their health, movement and strength just like you.
Method has been carefully crafted to bring you a convenient and strategic way to work on your fitness in the comfort of your own gym - with the resources and accessibility of a personal trainer.
HOW DOES METHOD WORK?
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
1. The Radix Fit App (powered by TrueCoach)
2. Three workouts per week + 2 optional Endurance workouts (Apx. 30 min-1 hour per day.)
3. Exclusive access to chat with your personal strength and conditioning trainer.
4. 12-weeks (3 months) of programming that builds upon itself.
5. Periodic check-ins to monitor progress.
*Access to a gym with specific equipment is necessary
WHAT DOES IT COST?
12 weeks of programmed training (3 workouts per week) = 36 workouts

WATERSKI SERIES 1:
Method: Waterski Series 1 was created specifically for waterskiers in the off-season looking to address weaknesses and vulnerabilities while improving their mobility and strength.
Method: Waterski Series 1 is an introduction to functional fitness and basic mobility movements with a big picture goal of addressing common aches and pains skiers face at the end of a long season.
WATERSKI SERIES 2:
METHOD: Waterski Series 2 was created specifically for waterskiers looking to build on the fundamentals of METHOD Waterski Series 1 to become the skier they want to be for the season.
METHOD: Waterski Series 2 is an add-on to functional fitness and basic mobility movements with a big picture goal of addressing common weaknesses and creating a better skier.
