Our Idea of Training was designed for anyone making a commitment to their fitness, sport or general lifestyle. 

Our Programming is best if you want to enhance the way you approach fitness - whether you are looking to overcome a nagging injury, increase your performance or simply get moving, we create a program that helps you get better, move better and feel better. 
RADIX INDIVIDUAL TRAINING DETAILS
  • $200 monthly fee 
  • Full weekly plan - We will include a customized mix of training, recovery and active recovery. ​
  • Receive personalized training programs via our app with videos and descriptions for each exercise.
  • Weekly check-ins to go over game plan, long term and short term strategy, energy levels, and performance output.

  • Truecoach app available for iOS platforms
  • Android App coming soon. Workouts are still accessible via browser.
